Hello,
As Liven has explained in the FAQ, MSTs (Magnetic Screen Thrusters) work against servicemen as follows: 1 x MST = 20,000 Servicemen x [scale factor] Where the scale factor is dependant on your weapon level. With all that said and done, how come I find the following battle report today: >> Attaque par le Portail [xxxx] Troops coming from the planet xxxx of the player xxxxx attacked the planet xxxx [xxxxx]. Report of the losses: - Serviceman : 15,755 - Iron : 823 - Gold : 489 - Crystal : 22,813 - Hydrogen : 51,367 Ennemy troops estimate : - Serviceman : 2,894,710 << The reason I ask is because the planet that was attacked has 155 MSTs. This equates to: 155 x 20,000 = 3,100,000 servicemen?! Please, please, please can we get reliable information on how the space portal equations work!! What little information we players DO have appears to be very, very wrong... Thanks, Funky. Liven's explanation is right.
Therefore, there does of course seem to some sort of problem. You could create a topic in the bug section to signal this. (do a screen of the battle ) It takes 20,000 servicemen to "kill" one mst. |

Liven took the value of the french release, but they are changed on the international release :
Turret -> 80 servicemen Laser Turret -> 1200 servicemen MST -> 4000 servicemen Laser Railgun -> 4.7M servicemen + the effect of level of the weapon technology (10%/level) For example for the MST with a level 6 you'll have 6400 servicemen

Just to confirm Thor, the assumption is that the following items do not attack servicemen at all :
Ions Satellite Electromagnetic Railgun Defense Space Station Orbital Defense Complex Intelligent Interception Missile Is that correct? The "Electromagnetic Railgun" sounds 'Land based' - is this only space based though? OK...SO IF I GET IT RIGHT...all ground based defences now can attack service man, not only magnetic screen thrusters, right? in the guide it is written that only MST can do so.
