Hi everyone!

Alot of players have been inquiring about the time travel and distance, thinking it was a bug and we hadn't managed to give them the right explanation.

So let me try and explain properly:

  • You have to imagine that the galaxies are stacked one on top of each other like discs. (and not joined to the end of each other like rulers)
  • Systems 0 and 100 are on the edge of these discs, system 50 the center.
  • When you change galaxy: 1:50:X => 2:50:X you change disc.
  • When you want to go from point A : 1.50.X to lets say B: 2.60.X, you would simply take the path 1.50 =>2.50 => 2.60. So you would only travel 10 Systems. (in between 1.50 and 2.50, no travel time as you simply "change disc".
  • The time it takes to travel in between 2 systems of 2 nearby galaxies is less then the time it would take to travel a whole galaxy.
  • Example: Time 1.50.3 => 1.90.4 is more than Time 1.50.3 => 2.51.4.
  • Of course the more time it takes the more hydrogen is used.

I hope this helps.
